I called 3 realotrs to help me sell my home. Jennifer Murphy was one of the 3 because she had listings in my area. She came back a second time and offered a list of people who could help with renovations I had become tired of finishing after a messy break up. She made several suggestions and told me things about my property that none of the other realtors pointed out. She helped me to finsh my renovations with her list of experts and basically held my hand through the whole process. She was patient,understanding, helpful and comforting and helped me downsize my home when I was at my worst.
